Ultimate Force - Series 4 

this series is a clasical most exciting series ive ever wachted i would recomend it to loads of people.

We watched the first two episodes on television earlier in the year and thought they were great. Episode three was really good - great plot and loads of non-stop action. We were disappointed with episode four - very bitty and not a particularly good storyline; a gang of nutters with large guns and taking drugs - not a good combination. It was all a bit too predictable. Episode five was ok, good start but then went a bit downhill. If you have watched Ultimate Force before and enjoyed it then these are quite good, I just think they are running out of ideas on what to base the storylines on. Plus they don't focus on anyones home life or family/friends anymore like in the first two series.

All of the Ultimate Force Series are good, All those people who 'hated it' obviously wouldnt know a good series if it hit them in the face.

I cannot believe I rented this, now I know why ITV didn't show the rest of the series, it's a joke, Ross Kemp looks so overweight it's embarrasing and the stories and the acting is just utter crap! stay away and watch 'who dares Wins ' or '24'instead!

Now i can see why they were never shown on tv....i`ve been a massive fan since the start but these were very very poor compared to previous ones.Episode 3 was ok....episode 4 was a disaster...and 5 was watchable, nothing more.One saving grace was i never bought it.

This is a must see series. If you are a person who enjoys action packed army adventure with cracking story lines, this is the one for you, in fact, rent all 4 series!

I mean Ultimate Force was never gonna win any Bafta's but it was normally okay and had a good firefight or two but this series really goes down hill. Disc 1 was okay, watchable, but the traditional finale firefight failed to meet previous seasons and Disc 2 is laughable. Honestly Disc two (3 eps) is really poor and just ends in farce. Still watched it all though, just so I could have a moan, how English is that? Two stars is generous.

This programme has just got siller throughout this series. The last episode with it's comedy special effects just was the last straw for me

Ross Kep is back and holding it as well as always with the sas the sreen shots and the dvd play are top rate and the way ross plays his roll is 5 star all you sas fans out there this is for you if you like to be glued from the time you hit the play button then this dvd is for you we can see why kemp is one of the top actors of our kind he holds his own with the rest of the crew thay all play there roll well dotn just take my woard for this have a look but start at episodes 1

I loved the first couple of series which had believable characters and back stories as well as loads of boys own action. But really since then Ultimate Force has dispensed with those touches that made it truly engaging and become a series of disjointed macho episodes. The writers should be the first to be shot! Series four is about as bad as it gets with even Henno looking like an overweight caricature of himself. The plots make no sense, the acting is wooden and even the fights are totally uninvolving. No wonder they didn't make any more. What a waste.

Excellent ....what more can I say. Brilliant for action and acting, Ross Kemp at his best. A definate must see for an action saga.

Yes Red Troop are back in the fourth series of the ever popular Ultimate Force. Ross Kemp is fantastic as Henno and in the opening episode has to deal with a new rupert and the kidnapping of two girls, the first two episodes were braodcast on Tv however the other Three have yet to be shown so for those that have seen the first two rent the second disc.

If you liked the other series, this one will not dissapoint. They tend to slate Americans a lot in theis series - but that adds to the excellence! :)

I suppose that if you have watched the first 3 series, you are going to enjoy the 4th! Yes, it is more of the same: great characters, entertaining dialogue and plenty of action. If you have not watched the 1st three series, I would recommend you start from series 1. Even my wife loves it. Ross Kemp in a surprising good series.

Needs more action pretty good

I loved Ultimate Force Series 1 and 2. The action was better, more realsitic, better characters. However series 4 follows series 3 perfomance. Less story, realism, acting. Someone thicks 'Men watch Ultimate Force. Men like gunfights and boobs lets put that in.' While I like gunfights and boobs, these have ruined the show since most of Red Troops left at the end of series 2. The gun fights lack the urgency, and pace and realism just like series 3.They have more gunfights and more bullets fly, than probably both first series but lack involvement like ones in a poor Steven Segal or Van Dame film. The charcters lack bite, Henno(Kemp) doesn't change and shows little emotion except for nuclear power and gang culture. He has no one to fght against like Jamie or the others, instead his men very rarley act or fight against him. The ones with US soldiers in were pathetic. Its like every US sterotype is played out. While I prefer the new Ultimate forces to the new spooks (another great show ruined) and most rubbish on TV, it isn't as good as it used to be. Watch the first two, just try not to be dissapointed on the shows that followed.

it was quite funny to watch ross kemp diving and running and the odd argement with hiss commander . but i'd still watch it . always good to try

An excellent TV series and to have rented it on DVD fabulous. Any Ultimate Force fan should watch this. Brilliant viewing.

Pretty good bar the odd bit of cheese from Ross Kemp now and again. One or two scenes need abit of airbrush work otherwise expect the same as before plots guns explosions,Henno saves the day. Not to movie standard but still enjoyed
